Stefano Camilli began his musical journey at the age of 3 attending the "L. Mugnone "of Caserta, and two years later, at the age of 5, his innate talent for the violin was discovered. Stefano immediately showed a natural predisposition for the instrument, in fact in the following years he participated and won several musical competitions, including regional, national and international tenor. Other competitions he won include: - National Youth Music Competition "Napolinova" - National Competition of Music A.C.L.I. (1999) - National Competition of Music A.C.L.I. (2000) - National Competition of Music A.C.L.I. (2001) - 9th Music Competition "Città di Barletta". In 2002 he passed the admission test at the Conservatory of Pescara "L. D'Annunzio " with high remarks. He then pursued and completed his studies and received his Degree in Violin. While studying, Stefano also completed prestigious courses and obtained certificates for Italian and European Masterclasses including: - 1997 with Lucia Simeone at the "L. Mugnone ", Caserta - 2004 Ticino Musica International Classic: Locarno, Ascona, Lugano (Switzerland) - 2005 Ticino Music International Classic: Locarno, Ascona, Lugano (Switzerland) - 2008 Higher Academy: City of Music and Theater. (Penne). - 2009 Higher Academy: City of Music and Theater. (Penne). - Over the years he has also developed his orchestral career: - 2004 Member of the Chamber Orchestra of Sant'Andrea - 2008 Member of the Youth Orchestra "F. Fenaroli "from Lanciano. - 2009 Member of the "A.mi.CA." Youth Orchestra of Castel Gandolfo. - 2006/2012 Member of the "L. D'Annunzio "of Pescara. - 2013 Member of the Philarmonic Youth Orchestra of Abruzzo. - 2008 to date Member "Viotti Chamber Orchestra" - 2009 to date Member "Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Arts". Was back in 2009 when Stefano began experimenting different genres starting to perform contemporary music. Stefano’s talent in the new genres helped him to secure contracts with prestigious agencies, such as the Fun Srl in Rome and Milan, where he toured Italy. - Africana (Praiano), - The Club (Milan), - Tabata (Sestriere), - Art Café (Rome), - Beach Club (Forte dei Marmi), - Pepero (Porto Cervo), - Pascià (Riccione) Stefano has also worked as a professor of music and violin at public and private schools from 2014 - 2017 at secondary schools of first degree in the Abruzzo region. In September 2015 he began collaborating with Sinergie Srl (Milan) and directed the music of several concerts and gala events at the Vatican Museums in Rome. Stefano was also selected as an orchestral staff where he performed at the Quirinale Palace (one of the official residence of the President of the Italian Republic) the opera played live on Radio3, and recorded with Wide Classique. Stefano was also appointed external commissioner for the evaluation of the profit exams at "Le Muse" of Penne (2016 and 2018) and founded the "Palladio" Quartet. In 2016 he performed at various locations throughout Italy in meetings, conventions and gala events. Highlights of venues he has played at: - Excelsior (Florence) - Villa Eliana (Sorrento) - De Russie (Rome) - Palazzo Brancaccio (Rome) - Pellicano (Porto Ercole) - Villa Miani (Rome) In May 2016, 2017 and 2018 Stefano has been a performer guest of the Italia Travel Awards in Rome. Well known critics have raved about his performances in popular newspapers such as: Ansa.it, Adnkronos, Il Meteo.it, Lo Strillo, Rome Today, La Stampa etc. In June 2017 he was in commission as a violin teacher for the state exam of the secondary school of 1st degree "I. Silone " in Montesilvano (Pe). In December 2017 he was requested to perform in a trio (saxophone, voice and violin) for events in New York City (USA) and neighbouring counties, spreading his consensus outside the European borders. Besides this, he currently collaborates with the Forte Village in Santa Margherita di Pula (Cagliari), where he performs monthly. This year he founded and became leader of the "Elegantia Eventi", an international musical group that is planning to continue his musical journey around Italy and abroad.
